philosophising kitties: they continue to be cute (and sharp and very early risers), but rarely pause long enough (and still enough) for me to catch them in the gloom of the basement flat without a flash in the evenings. also: check out the chintzy laura ashley quilt from my mum - it’s too nice and cozy.
